1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the BC9999 platform ("BC9999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the BC9999 website at bc9999.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the BC9999 platform. These Terms apply to all products and services made available through BC9999, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, instant games, and any promotions or bonuses offered by the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" The BC9999 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at bc9999.cam.
• "Account" A registered user profile created by an individual on the BC9999 Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" Any monetary stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other available market on the Platform.
• "Bonus" Any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by BC9999 subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before certain account functions, including withdrawals, are enabled.
• "PKR" Pakistani Rupee — the native currency used for account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the BC9999 Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" A voluntary restriction applied to a User's account upon request, preventing access to the Platform for a defined period.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on BC9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited or restricted under applicable local, regional, or national law. It is your sole responsibility to verify and comply with your local laws.
3. You must not be self-excluded from gambling services on any platform, including BC9999.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or organisation when registering or placing bets.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of BC9999 or its associated companies.
6. You must be a natural person — corporate entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

4 Account Registration

Each User may register one (1) account only on the BC9999 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. BC9999 accepts no liability for losses arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. BC9999 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered to be carried out by you, unless you have notified BC9999 of unauthorised access immediately upon becoming aware of it.

5 Terms of Use

The BC9999 Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. By using the Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform in good faith and will not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit the Platform or other users in any manner.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, data-harvesting tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to online gambling, data privacy, and financial transactions, in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, facilitate illegal financial activity, or conduct any activity that violates anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry financial risk, and BC9999 is not responsible for any losses you incur through normal gambling activity on the Platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on BC9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, event, or game title. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include:

• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each market has defined minimum and maximum stake amounts, displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by event, market type, and account status.
• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation receipt or bet slip reference. BC9999 reserves the right to decline, void, or limit bets at its reasonable discretion, particularly where system errors, odds errors, or suspicious activity is detected.
• Odds Errors: In cases where odds are published in error (including "palpable errors"), BC9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will not intentionally profit from such errors, and affected users will be notified.
• Event Cancellation & Postponement: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered, affected bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook.
• In-Play Betting: Live betting odds reflect real-time conditions. In-play bets, once confirmed, are binding. Latency between events and market updates is an inherent feature of live betting; BC9999 accepts no liability for outcomes arising from this latency.
• Casino & Random Number Generator (RNG) Games: All RNG-based games use certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed per game where available. Casino game results are final once a round is completed.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

BC9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement means that PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before associated winnings become withdrawable. These are illustrative figures; check the live promotion terms for actual values.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet per spin or per wager while a bonus is active (typically PKR 500 per bet unless stated otherwise) may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%, while table games such as Blackjack, Baccarat, or Roulette may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Unused or partially wagered bonuses that expire will be voided automatically.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is designated "sticky", the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only winnings generated in excess of the bonus are eligible for withdrawal. Non-sticky bonuses are segregated from real-money funds. The designation is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Cash-out from Bonus Winnings: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings derived from bonus funds (e.g., PKR 25,000). Winnings in excess of this cap may be voided.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, one bonus offer per registered player, household, IP address, device, or payment method applies. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• BC9999's Right to Modify Promotions: BC9999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform where reasonably practicable.

8 Payments & Withdrawals

BC9999 operates a PKR-native cashier. All account balances, transaction records, and customer statements are denominated in Pakistani Rupees unless a specific alternative is available and selected by the User.

Payment methods available to Users are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit or withdrawal. References to payment services familiar in the Pakistan market — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. None of these providers endorse gambling services on BC9999. Availability of any specific payment method is subject to the provider's own terms and policies and BC9999's cashier at the time of the transaction.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier per payment method. A typical minimum deposit may be PKR 1,000, though this is subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: BC9999 aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times depend on the selected payment method, successful completion of KYC verification, and the absence of any active compliance review. BC9999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes.
• Transaction Fees: BC9999 does not generally impose withdrawal fees, but third-party payment providers may apply their own fees. Users are responsible for any such fees.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Source: Withdrawals are ordinarily processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.
• Currency Conversion: Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates used are those available to the Platform at the time of the transaction. BC9999 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

9 KYC & Verification

In accordance with industry-standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, BC9999 may require Users to provide identity and address verification documents prior to approving withdrawal requests or at any other point in the user lifecycle.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may include a recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document in your name.

BC9999 reserves the right to suspend a User's ability to withdraw funds until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with the BC9999 Privacy Policy.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the BC9999 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Attempting to access another user's account without their consent
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion
• Any action that BC9999 reasonably determines constitutes cheating, fraud, or bad-faith exploitation of the Platform

11 Responsible Gambling

BC9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides players with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within account settings.

Self-exclusion requests are processed as promptly as reasonably possible. A player who has self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any manner. BC9999 reserves the right to close any account it suspects belongs to a self-excluded individual.

12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the BC9999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, user interface layouts, graphics, text, trademarks, trade names, logos, and all other content — is the exclusive property of BC9999 or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, creation of derivative works, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the prior written consent of BC9999.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BC9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including financial losses arising from gambling activity, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — whether arising from contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

BC9999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from technical faults. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

BC9999 accepts no responsibility for any technical failure, network connectivity issue, or hardware malfunction on the User's side that results in a bet or game round being placed or not placed contrary to the User's intention.

14 Account Termination

BC9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by an underage person
• At the User's own request

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, BC9999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the User's request or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. BC9999 does not operate under a licence issued by any Pakistani authority and makes no representation that these Terms or the operation of the Platform comply with Pakistani law.

Users located in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions. By accessing BC9999, Pakistani users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction and for ensuring compliance with applicable local law.

16 Amendments

BC9999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, BC9999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through the Platform — for example, by displaying a notice on the homepage or sending a notification to registered email addresses. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the BC9999 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
